Plan toilets, handwashing, and scheduled service around the workers actually onsite. Get the first rental period, recurring price, and removal charge explained before the project starts.

A renovation can gain several trades after its first week. Give us peak workers, shifts, project dates, and usable permanent facilities, not only the initial crew count. On a spread-out Abilene project, identify each work zone and the walking route so restroom placement remains practical.
OSHA 1926.51(c), Table D-1, lists one facility for 20 or fewer workers. The next category calls for one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers; for 200 or more, one of each per 50 workers. For 60 workers, 60 ÷ 40 rounds up to 2 seats and 2 urinals. Those are fixture counts, not automatic separate-unit counts or a cleaning-capacity guarantee. Review the standard’s exceptions and sanitation obligations with the site manager.
One historical construction quote was $247.20 for the first 28 days, $205 for later four-week periods, and $29 for removal, with weekly cleaning. These are call examples with incomplete location and tax details. Ask for the current full total and the exact renewal and pickup process. Four weeks is not a calendar month.
For work near an Abilene frontage road or a residential driveway, identify the actual gate and safe stopping location. Recheck access when deliveries, trenches, fences, or parked equipment change the site. Tell us about an elevated-work requirement and request suitable lifting-compatible equipment; do not improvise a lift for a standard unit.
