Keep restroom access available through an extended build, property use, or facility project. Agree on recurring billing, cleaning, access, and the action that ends the rental.

The call notes commonly describe a 28-day cycle for ongoing work. A four-week renewal shifts through the calendar instead of repeating on the same date each month. Ask whether your quotation uses 28 days or a calendar month and put each renewal in your project schedule.
A lightly used property in one call received a once-monthly cleaning arrangement; weekly service is common for active construction. The lower-use example should not set expectations for a busy crew. Compare equipment, frequency, delivery, taxes, and removal together.
An extra shift, larger crew, temporary public access, or hot-weather demand can change servicing needs. Call before the unit becomes unsuitable. On an Abilene project, preserve access through changes in fencing and material storage, and nominate one person to communicate extensions or service concerns.
Finishing the work does not itself schedule pickup. Contact the team, confirm collection and the billing stop point, and keep access open until removal. Early pickup, partial-period refunds, and charges for access problems must be stated in the written agreement; no automatic proration is promised.
