Give the entrance the driver can use

The mailing address may lead to a visitor entrance instead of the service gate. Provide the full address, a clearly described entrance, and a contact who can open it. For a home in Heritage Parks, Wylie Legacies, or Southlake Estates, include the intended placement and any property or community restrictions. Keep private gate credentials out of a general online form and arrange them directly.

Measure the route as well as the unit

A standard PJN3 reference unit is 43.5 inches wide and 47 inches deep, but those dimensions do not include handling space or an open door. Measure the narrowest point, then consider turns, hardware, overhead restrictions, and the ground beyond the gate. Send details before booking when the setup is constrained. Do not assume a delivery vehicle can follow every route a passenger car can use.

Choose a firm, usable location

Agree on a reasonably level placement with the team and keep guest or worker routes clear. Consider how rain could affect an unpaved approach and whether an exposed location needs an approved securing method. Abilene weather planning should use the current National Weather Service forecast, not a seasonal assumption. Do not move, lift, or secure a rented unit using an improvised method.

Check trailer utilities against the assigned model

A trailer requires its body footprint, tongue, entry steps or ramp, doors, and room to maneuver. Ask for the water supply and electrical requirements before installing temporary connections. The hose and 110-volt discussion in one customer call described a particular two-stall trailer; other models can need different circuits and supplies. Coordinate setup before tents and catering vehicles occupy the approach.

Keep the route open until collection

Materials, fences, and parked vehicles can block a location that was clear on delivery day. Include the service approach in the project or event plan. Confirm the scheduled cleaning access and who will open the property for pickup. If the site changes, contact the rental team before the next visit and agree on the revised arrangement.
