Compare the complete arrangement
A low headline rental figure can omit a separate delivery or removal charge. Ask for the equipment, address, exact dates, tax, service frequency, and all required charges in one written quote. Different cleaning schedules are different products: an occasional-use property with monthly cleaning should not be compared directly with an active jobsite receiving weekly service.
Four weeks moves through the calendar
A 28-day period is four weeks. It is shorter than most calendar months, so a renewal does not stay on the same day of each month. Ask whether your rental uses 28 days or a calendar month and whether it renews automatically. Confirm what notice schedules collection and what event stops billing. Finishing a project or leaving a voicemail should not be assumed to end charges.
Work through one historical example
One customer call quoted $247.20 for the first 28 days, $205 for each later 28-day period, and $29 for removal, with weekly service. Two full periods would total $247.20 + $205 + $29 = $481.20 before any tax not established in that call. Three would total $686.20 on the same basis. These figures illustrate the arithmetic; they are not current Abilene prices, and the call does not establish every possible charge.
A short event can use a different package
Another call quoted $249 for a standard unit delivered Friday and picked up Monday. A trailer event inquiry was quoted at $2,500 for a two-stall arrangement. Neither figure can be assumed for a new date or address. Compare the actual equipment, delivery and pickup windows, consumables, utilities, and any servicing needed during the program.
Keep cancellation separate from early pickup
The approved policy gives a full refund when you cancel more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Within 24 hours, cancellation is nonrefundable. Released payment holds may take a few days to appear in your account. That rule does not promise prorated refunds after delivery; ask for any early-return or extension terms in the written rental agreement.
