Book a service plan alongside the equipment
For an ongoing rental, ask how often the holding tank is pumped, the interior is cleaned, and supplies are replenished. The customer rental calls commonly describe weekly service for construction. That is a common arrangement, not a guarantee that weekly service suits every site. More users, longer shifts, or a busy event may call for more equipment or additional visits.
Separate the toilet from its washing supplies
An internal sink and a freestanding handwashing station both need fresh water, wastewater capacity, soap, and towels. A sanitizer dispenser provides a different function. Confirm which supplies are included and who handles replenishment between scheduled visits. The Bravo reference station carries 22 gallons of fresh water and 24 gallons of gray water capacity; actual use determines how soon it needs service.
Plan a workable service window
On a fenced worksite, tell the team when someone can allow entry. At a festival, identify a safe access route and a break between busy sessions. An extra service visit should be included in the quote when it is part of the plan. Do not assume an unplanned visit can take place immediately or that its cost is covered by the regular schedule.
Report changed use early
A quiet property may become busy when more trades arrive or an event expands. Update the team with the new headcount and hours before the original plan becomes inadequate. If the unit is damaged, obstructed, overflowing, or otherwise unusable, stop using an unsafe facility and contact the rental team. Describe the issue and the site access so the response can be arranged.
Know what users should keep out
Use the unit as intended and follow the supplied equipment instructions. Do not put building materials, wipes, chemicals, or other debris in the tank. Keep doors and washing controls usable and the area around the equipment clear. Ask for any site-specific instructions at delivery, particularly when the rental includes flushing equipment or a trailer.
